Whether you are new to fitness or already used to training in the gym. This challenge is adapted for all levels. Anyone can take this challenge on and win!

What is Push to the limit?…

Push to the limit is an intense 10 week training course. You will be trained by world class coach Phil Allen to boost your fitness level to the best it has ever been.

Every Saturday at 7am, you and your team will train together. You will be put through your paces to improve your strength and stamina. You will be trained to get the best results possible for you using 15 different disciplines. You will also receive guidance from the on hand PTs on how to improve your fitness outside of these classes.

These disciplines may include exercises such as:

ROWING MACHINE

SANDBAG SQAUTS

BACK FLYES

AB ROLL OUTS

BURPEES

SKI-ERG

BALL TO FET CRUNCHES

CHEST PRESS

GOBLET SQUATS

KNEE TUCKS

ASSAULT BIKE

CLEAN AND PRESS

CHEST FLYES

DECLINE SIT UPS

GRAPPLER

During the 10 weeks you will have use of a full gym membership. You can practice and train at anytime during gym opening hours. You will also have use of Body Focus classes to help you increase your fitness level.

At the end of the 10 weeks you will have the chance to compete in a friendly head to head challenge. All members will be paired up with their fitness equal in a chance to win an Annual unlimited gym pass worth over £400. Winners will also receive a prestige Body Focus ‘Push to the limit’ trophy.
