‘PUSH TO THE LIMIT’

WHAT IT INVOLVES:

This is a 10 week challenge! Where you will become the fittest you have ever been before!

It doesn’t matter how fit or unfit you are, anyone can complete this challenge! All you need is motivation and dedication for 10 weeks.

During the 10 weeks you will be trained by a world class coach ‘Phil Allen’ who will get you to the best fitness level you have ever been in your life. You will train towards your peak fitness, feel good about yourself, lose pounds or even stones!

You will receive help with your nutrition, helping you to eat well & train well! Build strength and stamina that you never thought possible!

At the end of the 10 week training you will go head to head with your fitness equal in a showdown to become the ‘PUSH TO THE LIMIT WINNER’ Men and women compete separately to win.

WINNERS WILL RECEIVE PUSH TO THE LIMIT CHALLENGE TROPHY AND 1 YEARS BODYFOCUS GYM MEMBERSHIP!

DURING THE COURSE:

SATURDAY MORNING – 7.30AM with PHIL ALLEN

Every Saturday morning you will meet with your team to train towards the challenge. You will be tried and tested on your 15 disciplines to build you up for the final challenge. This is an exclusive session with Phil. It is not open to general Body Focus members.

There will be 15 different disciplines to the ‘PUSH TO LIMIT’ Challenge. They are:

  1. Rowing machine
  2. Squats with power bags
  3. Bent over rows
  4. Skierg
  5. Single arm press
  6. Burpee’s on the box
  7. Assault bike
  8. Chest press
  9. Goblet squats
  10. Decline press ups
  11. Sit ups on incline bench
  12. Bench jumps
  13. Clean and press
  14. Grappler
  15. Ball to feet crunches

During the rest of the week you will have access to other classes with other body focus members. There are lots of different styles of training to choose from help you become Stronger and improve your fitness levels. Such as Kickboxing, Hiit, Circuits, Body Conditioning, Boxing & Bootcamps.

You will also have full use of the gym during the week. You will be encouraged to train as much as possible to keep building to become the best version of you!

You will also have access to programmes to use in the gym independently. We will support you as much as possible to keep you training towards your end goal.

We have Personal trainers on hand to help you and encourage you through-out the 10 weeks! We want you to become the very best and will help you every step of the way!

The Course costs £199 for the 10 weeks. This includes the exclusive PUSH TO THE LIMIT training session every Saturday morning, some classes and unlimited use of the gym during the week.
