Body Focus is pleased to announce our new Pre & Post natal exercise package. Suitable for all levels. Whether you’re to maintain fitness and strength during your pregnancy, or you feel now is the time to start.
Sessions will be on a Tuesday or Thursday at 12pm. They are taken by a fully trained pre & post natal instructor, who will design a suitable programme for each trimester and your postnatal needs.
