Circuit Class

Circuits are highly motivated, highly energetic and it suitable for everyone; you set the pace.

They’re a great way to improve speed, strength, stamina and overall body performance.

Circuit training utilises a series of static stations that continually challenge you.

 As you progress round each station, certain muscle groups will be targeted for a period of time at that station.

A typical Circuit Training class can consist of 10 or more stations. A set time will be specified for each station, with possibly extra exercises inserted between some station changeovers.
