*Body Conditioning ( 1 hour Class) 9.30am with Patsy

*Kickboxing Kids *ages 6-11 years (term time) 4.30pm with Phil

*Kickboxing (All Levels) – 7.00pm with Phil

Tuesday

* Weight training- ( 1 hour class): 9.30am with Patsy

*Circuits & Weights- (45 mins classs ): 5.45pm, 6.30pm & 7.15pm  with Patsy

*Kickboxing (1 hour class): 6.30pm – with Phil

Wednesday

*Circuits & Fitness ( 45 mins Class)  4:30pm & 6.30pm with Phil

Thursday

*Body conditioning ( 1 hour Class) 9.30am – withPatsy

*Boxing & Fitness (1 hour Class) 6.oopm & 7.00pm with Patsy

Friday

*Advanced Circuit class (1.5 hour Class) 6pm with Phil

Saturday

LADIES ONLY –  Kick, Punch & Stretch (1 hour Class) 10.30am with Phil
