An excellent cardio vascular workout, spinning is a great way to burn up to 1000 calories per session. It is fantastic for toning up, especially the legs and bum.
Sessions are over 45min and are open to all levels. It has a brilliant team atmosphere and has lively music to get you going.
A quick 5min warm up on the bikes and we are ready to move things forward at a steady pace. After 10mins of some harder work, we really step it up to an intense workout.
In our spin class we will work your upper body too. Introducing some light free weights and push-up type exercises. All whilst cycling on the bikes.
